Occupied Home Consults

This in-home consultation is designed to prepare the seller for listing by giving clear, room-by-room direction on how to declutter, rearrange, and style the home using what they already own.We walk through the property together and create a simple, actionable plan that helps the home feel lighter, more open, and photo-ready.$250If the home needs additional support after the consultation, select pieces from Hello Home’s inventory can be brought in to elevate the space even further.Accent furniture, textiles, lighting, and artwork are added strategically to neutralize distractions, modernize the look, and create a cohesive feel buyers connect with immediately.*Partial staging is quoted separately based on the home’s needs.

The Process

  2. We review the property details and reach out within 24 hours

  3. You receive a quote and custom staging plan

  4. Once approved & the invoice is paid, we schedule the install day

  5. The home is staged in one day and ready for photos

  6. Once the home is under contract, contact us to remove our staging
